TO MAKE ONE LOAF

1. Prep the Mix
Tip a 400g pack into a large bowl (or weigh 400g from the larger pack).
2. Add Wet Ingredients
Shake together 300mL water, 1 egg*, and 50mL olive oil in a shaker bottle, then pour into the bowl.
* For a vegan loaf, just leave out the egg. It still works fine!
3. Mix and Rest
Mix thoroughly with a fork, then let it sit for 1–2 minutes until a dough forms.
4. Shape It
Press the dough into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
5. Bake
Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan forced) for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Or in the air fryer for 50 minutes.
- Loaves can be sliced and refrigerated for 7 days or frozen for 3 months!
