A delicious low FODMAP smoothie recipe with all the added essentials ;-)

*note - to decrease the FODMAPs in this smoothie recipe, swap the coconut water for plain water, & use a not-very-ripe / greenish banana. 

Ingredients

  • 1 x small frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp activated Blend11
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Greens Plus Aloe powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Coconut Water
