
Low Fodmap Superfood Smoothie
A delicious low FODMAP smoothie recipe with all the added essentials ;-)
*note - to decrease the FODMAPs in this smoothie recipe, swap the coconut water for plain water, & use a not-very-ripe / greenish banana.
Ingredients
- 1 x small frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 tbsp activated Blend11
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 tsp Greens Plus Aloe powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Coconut Water
