
Healthy Dubai Chocolate
This indulgent yet nutritious version of Dubai Chocolate blends the rich flavours of raw cacao, coconut, and crunchy pistachios to create a high-fibre, antioxidant-packed chocolate bite. With the added benefits of goodMix Greens Powder, this delicious dessert is perfect for a nourishing energy boost. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan.

Ingredients
Dark Chocolate
½ cup of raw, organic cacao powder
½ cup of organic coconut oil melted (slowly melt coconut oil in the jar over a water bath)
Natural sweetener of choice such as raw honey or coconut nectar
Pistachio Filling
2 cups of shredded or desiccated coconut (organic if possible)
1 cup of natural shelled pistachios
3 x medjool dates – stone removed
1 tablespoon of raw, organic honey
1 tablespoon of pure nut butter or tahini
Drizzle of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of goodMix Greens+Aloe Powder
Method
Make the raw, organic chocolate and use half to pour into your chocolate mould of choice.
Place in the freezer to set.
In a pan toast the shreds of coconut and pistachios until just golden.
Add to blender along with other filling ingredients.
Blend to a smooth paste.
Press the filling into your set mould, then cover with remaining dark chocolate.
Freeze to set.
Store in the refrigerator.
