METHOD

1.  Prepare base with Bliss Ball Mix as directed on pack (tip mix into bowl, add 45mL coconut oil or water & squash / knead until you have a ‘dough’.

2.  Press dough firmly & evenly into a container or tray (approx 15cm x 15cm should work). The base should be between 5mm & 1cm thick). Pop base into fridge or freezer while making peanut layer & melting choc.

3.  To make peanut collagen layer, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, collagen powder, coconut oil & vanilla essence in a sauce pan on low heat until evenly combined. Pour / spread / squash this mixture onto the base.

4.  Sprinkle choc chips & broken up banana chips all over the peanut layer & press gently but firmly into the mix so they’ll stick / become part of the peanut layer).

5.  Drizzle with melted dark choc (totally optional).

6.  Place in refrigerator / freezer until peanut layer is solid / set, then slice into chunks.

7 Store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer.
