Post Work Out Breakfast Shake

• 1/2 cup Blend11 (moistened with a few tablespoons of water and left overnight in the fridge before use)
• 1/2 cup traditional oats
• 1 scoop (30g) WPI
• 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil
• 1 frozen banana (sliced before freezing)
• 1.5 cups coconut water

BLEND.
