Who has a small obsession with Peanut Butter? 🤚
Seriously, I love Peanut Butter & Banana drizzled with Honey 😍
This recipe is perfect for….
🧡 after training snack
🧡 with a cuppa
🧡 in the office drawer for the 3pm pick me up
🧡 after school snack
🧡 lactation snack
° 1 Cup of Peanut Butter (or mix it up with Nut butter or Tahini )
° 1 Cup of Organic Puffed Rice
° 1 Cup of Blend 11
° Pinch of Salt
. 1/2 Cup Raw Honey (or maple / rice malt syrup for vegan)
° 120g organic butter (or coconut oil for vegan)
° 40g Organic Protein Powder
° Chocolate Chips – dark
° 2-3 T Coconut Oil as required
Mix together in a bowl
(Lactation Mums add 5 tablespoons brewers yeast)
You may need to add a little bit of Coconut Oil so it’s not too dry
Make in an 8 inch square pan.
1.In a small saucepan melt the peanut / nut butter with
° 120g organic butter
° 1/2 Cup of Raw Honey
2.Stir until it’s nice and creamy
3.Pour into a bowl with dry ingredients and mix well
4.Press into lined pan
5.Sprinkle top with Blend 11 (or Blend13 would also work)
6.Place in fridge for 1/2 hour to set.
7.Cut into squares keep in an air tight container in fridge.
