This new recipe is a hit in our family! Such a quick and nutritious low FODMAP breakfast and with just 4 ingredients it couldn’t be easier!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp naturalrawc MCT Premium Liquid Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Blend11
- 2 eggs
- Micro greens
Directions:
In a frypan with a lid heat oil, sprinkle Blend11 over oil, crack eggs over Blend11 place lid on pan and cook eggs to your liking.
