I’m in breakfast heaven! Love discovering delicious foods that fill your stomach and make you feel nourished and alive from the inside out.

I love Blend 11 for the convenience, it’s absolutely packed with nutrients and of course it’s incredible flavour! It’s a perfect breakfast just in time for Spring.

My Bircher Recipe:
1/2 cup Blend 11
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 heaped tablespoons of all natural yogurt

Mix all together and leave in fridge overnight!
