Autumn always brings about change don’t you think? In some parts of Australia the weather cools and our diet changes slightly. Super Greens + Aloe should always remain part of your daily diet. Sometimes just in a glass of water, added to smoothies, and today in a Green Smoothie Bowl which can be eaten warm.

Autumn Wellness Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana
1/2 Avocado
1 Tablespoon Super Greens + Aloe
1 – 2 Tablespoon of Blend 11
30g Organic Pea Protein
1 Cup of Spinach
Coconut Water
1/2 Cup of Oats
1 Cup of Ice


Blend and pour into a bowl top with Blueberries & Pomegranate plus a Sprinkle of Blend 11 or 13.

This is perfect after exercising as it will support muscle recovery & repair while nourishing your body. Enjoy!
