
In celebration of international hummus day! Yes there is one :)
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chick peas
1 cup activated Blend11
Half a cup of tahini
1 roasted garlic bulb (the key to a good hummus)
1 cup of olive oil
Half a cup of coconut oil
Dash chilli oil (optional)
2 cups coconut yoghurt
Juice of two, and zest of half a lemon
half teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Half teaspoon of nutmeg
Half teaspoon of cummin
Himalayan crystal salt to taste
Method
Put all ingredients in bowl and blend to desired consistency , you can add more of less of any ingredients to suit tastes
