Choc Peanut Granola Sticks

Great choccy snacks (with benefits) for pre / post-workout or morning afternoon tea. Super filling & also gluten-free & refined sugar-free, with plenty of plant protein, fibre, antioxidants & vitamins & minerals. So quick & easy to make a big batch.

Ingredients

750g Bliss Ball Mix 90mL of coconut oil or water Approx 150g of quality peanut butter (I like Pics or Mayvers or 100% fresh ground peanut butter from a health food store). Approx 1 cup of any yummy crunchy Gluten-free granola that you like. Some whole toasted peanuts/almonds/hazelnuts (whatever nuts you have on hand for extra protein & crunch).

Method

Into a large bowl tip all your ingredients. Mix/squash everything together evenly with clean hands & press firmly into paper-lined baking trays (I use a glass jar to help roll/squash the mix evenly & smoothly). Chop/separate the flattened mix to make ‘sticks’ or fingers that will snap apart easily once solid, using an egg flip or BBQ tool to just press a rough line into the mix. Place the tray in the freezer until set solid, then snap into sticks & share with (or hide from) your family!

Serves Approx

Makes stacks of sticks (approx 1kg)! Thank you to Jeanie for this recipe! jeanie@goodmix.com.au {Your Website:8}
