These parfaits are so easy to make, you can even make them at work🥰
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Blend 11
1 cup coconut Milk
Sweetener to taste
Add all ingredients into your glass, mix well & let set (in the fridge if desired). Around 3pm when you feel like a muffin, grab your glass, top with your favourite Yoghurt / fruit, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup on top and you’re set ❤
