Ingredients
coconut vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup activated Blend 11
organic fruit from the market – in this case raspberries, blueberries + strawberries
eat!
Method
…all of the above in a breakfast bowl, make it pretty if you like, consume. Makes for a gluten free, lactose free and fodmap friendly breakfast, that will keep you really full, takes about 30 seconds to ‘make’, particularly good for at work desk brekkies :)
