  • Once submitted changes can only be made by submitting the status at the form below

  1. Active Customer: This customer is an existing client and or new one that has come on board. This will place them on the wholesalers list with you as their rep. All active customers are placed on our ‘Where to Buy‘ stockist list.
  2. Have made Contact:  You have engaged with this customer and are in the process of setting them up. You would be expected to update the status within 14 days.
  3. You have targeted to gone and see: These are customers in your territory that you are going to see. If a lead comes in from another Patch rep or distributor you will be given notice in writing confirming a reasonable time frame to secure the business.
  4. Unable to get the business: Sometimes it’s not a fit – it might be bad timing and needs to be revisited later. Please update the reason in the notes when you change to this status.
  5. Opportunity: We often get leads, goodMix may list opportunities in FREE zones and /or in Patch territory.
